Allied Museum

The Allied Museum was ceremoniously inaugurated in 1998, the year of the 50th anniversary of the Berlin Airlift. Besides high-ranking representatives of the western powers, a great number of veterans who had completed their service in Berlin were also present. Our work honors what the Allies accomplished for Berlin and for Germany as a whole. The Airlift is a central topic in our exhibition space in the former building of the Outpost cinema. Since its founding, the Allied Museum has held numerous events and exhibitions about the Berlin Airlift, has maintained contact to veterans, and has released a number of publications.
